These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blaizum.games (the "Service"), operated by Blazium Games ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service is a platform for independent creators to upload, distribute, and share digital content such as games, assets, tools, music, and other creative works (collectively, "Content"). All Content is provided free of charge.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service as a downloader or viewer ("User").
• To upload or distribute Content ("Creator"), you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• The Service is not intended for children under 13.

2. Accounts

• You must create an account to access certain features, such as uploading or downloading Content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Creator Content and Ownership

• Creators retain full ownership of their uploaded Content.
• By uploading Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, and promote the Content in connection with the Service.
• You represent and warrant that your Content does not infringe third-party rights, is not unlawful, and complies with these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for providing support for your Content, if any.

4. User Licenses

• When you download Content, the Creator grants you a non-exclusive, personal license to use the Content as permitted by the Creator's settings (e.g., for personal use, modification if allowed).
• You may not redistribute or commercially exploit downloaded Content unless explicitly permitted by the Creator.
• Licenses are perpetual for downloaded Content, even if the Content is later removed from the Service.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

• The Service allows comments, reviews, forums, and profiles ("UGC").
• You retain ownership of your UGC but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and moderate it.
• UGC must not be harmful, illegal, infringing, or violate community guidelines (e.g., spam, or harassment).

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others or infringe intellectual property.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Remove access to downloaded Content from users without justification.

We may remove Content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.

7. Community Guidelines

• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior.
• Report violations to us.
• We may moderate and remove offending content or accounts at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not responsible for Creator Content quality, availability, or disputes between Users and Creators.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.
• We may terminate or suspend your access for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but licenses to previously downloaded Content persist.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Significant changes will be notified via email or in-Service notice.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
• Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, unless decided otherwise by us.
