Report problems with the website, the desktop app, the MCP servers, or the chauffeur CLI on GitHub. Search the open issues first; if yours is already there, add what you know to it.
Issues are public. Never include passwords, keys or tokens, payment details, or your email address in an issue.
Account, payment, and refund issues
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. For a purchase, include the purchase ID from your wallet or receipt. Refund rules are in the Terms of Service.
Bugs in a game
Problems inside a game go to its developer. Use Report a bug on the game's page.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, or deletion of your data, email [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy.
Security reports
Report security problems privately to [email protected], not in a public issue.
